Richard James, you are three somewhere. Today. The two dearest names in the world, and yourself so dear. Are you well, are you bright, are you cared for? Is you blanket of love warm? – No drafts, no holes, no rags -- dear God, no rags. So sweet you were, so absolutely beautiful. You must be a joy to someone now, and a beauty to behold. I never held you, but beheld your face. God grant you peace and security, and the serenity you seemed to have the day I saw you. God grant you peace and enough obliqueness to be happy in this world. Happy Birthday, little one. I love you always, forget you never. September 8, 1978
